We’ve been trying to implement this plugin in our store for over two months now.
We got stuck at the Klaviyo campaign setup - specifically on something as simple as translating a survey from English to Polish. Something that should take minutes (especially now, with AI) has been pending for two months.
Neither we nor the agency helping us have received any response to our emails. For a long time the agency defended WAIR, but when I pushed for a straight answer, I was told the issue is simply a lack of responsiveness on their end.
The tool itself looked great during demo - which makes the support situation all the more frustrating.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product due to the team behind it. A great product let down entirely by customer service.
