Thanks for nothing. Every time we reached out we got no response. Expensive plugin that was basically useless to us. If you ever build another app, make sure your customers can actually export their information and work from your plugin.

Support is something we take really seriously so I'm particularly concerned to hear that you felt ignored when contacting us. I checked over our support tickets with you and could not find one more recent than Feb '26 which we did reply to. I've sent you a message to see if we can track down what occurred here and to see if we can help generate a CSV of your rates. This isn't available in the app but is something we can potentially generate for you.
Obviously we'd love to hear from you so that we can hopefully turn this experience into something more positive for you.
