Zipchat AI Chatbot & Live Chat

I am new to zipchat and ai agents for ecomm. I understood the potential but there is actually much more things possible to do than I thought. I was not sure if Clients would interact with the chatbot but there are a lot of conversations each day (currently about 5-10% of visitors interact with it) so I definitely recommend any ecomm to implement one.

Zipchat is great and already proved efficient from week 1 (it takes some time to calibrate it with looking what clients are looking for in terms of info).

Onboarding call was great too, installation simple and easy.
