First, I want to sincerely apologize for the experience you had with Pickeasy and with our support response. I completely understand your frustration. If you are telling you that your website is not working, that is a serious issue, and we should have treated it with the urgency it deserved.
I personally reviewed the conversation and the issue you reported. I understand that you were already facing this for several days, and when you reached out again, we were not able to get immediate access to our development team during our midnight hours. That is not an excuse, and I take full responsibility for the delay and the poor experience this caused you.
I also understand why you chose to uninstall the app and request a refund. Before you move away from Pickeasy completely, I would genuinely appreciate one opportunity to make this right.
If you are open to it, I will personally handle your case from here. Our team will review the issue end to end, identify the exact cause, and make sure the app is working correctly on both desktop and mobile for your store. I can also arrange a live call or screen-share session so we can troubleshoot this transparently and resolve it properly.
Our goal is not just to retain you as a customer, but to earn back your trust. Your experience was not the standard we aim for, and I am sorry that we let you down.
