Support is below par. They change code that prevents customers from checking out. They have done this multiple times. You also cannot access support as their portal to lucent does not work and you cannot contact them. I do not recommend this.

To their response of changing theme. We update image assets and things that will benefit the site. Every change they made caused the checkout to not work. Their excuses are quite poor!

In this case, our team was not informed of the theme changes in advance, which limited our ability to proactively verify the implementation and prevent potential issues.
