We’ve been using the Redo returns portal to manage our returns and exchanges, and it has significantly improved the overall customer experience and internal workflow. The platform is intuitive, easy to implement, and helps centralize all return and exchange requests in one place, which reduces manual handling and back-and-forth communication. Cade was also incredibly helpful in clarifying everything and making the necessary adjustments for us.
