We've had Trackr installed for a few months now, and it's made things easier for both our team and our customers. We use multiple shipping carriers, so having everything show up in one tracking experience has cut down on a lot of confusion. I also really like the branded tracking page—it feels like customers are still shopping with us instead of ending up on a random carrier website. We recently added product recommendations there, and it's been a nice way to keep customers engaged while they're waiting for their order.
A quick shoutout to Valeria, who helped us with a couple of customization questions during setup. She was responsive, friendly, and got everything sorted much faster than I expected. Overall, it's been reliable and has definitely reduced the number of tracking emails we get.
