Initially Worked Well, But Ongoing Technical Issues Over Recent Months

We used Trackr for long time and initially it worked fine without any problems. However, over the last couple of months we experienced ongoing technical issues that were never fully resolved despite multiple support interactions.

The main problems we faced were incorrect map locations showing our packages shipping from Thailand and the USA instead of Athens, Greece, where we actually produce and ship from. We also had recurring issues with tracking statuses not updating properly, showing orders as pending even after they were delivered.

For our business, this was particularly damaging. We are a SLOW FASHION brand that produces locally in Athens, and our entire brand positioning is built on Greek craftsmanship and local manufacturing. When customers see tracking maps showing their orders coming from other countries, it completely undermines our credibility and makes it appear we are not honest about our production location.

We reported these issues multiple times over a three month period. Support was always polite and responsive, repeatedly assuring us that their dev team was working on permanent fixes and that the issues would not happen again. Unfortunately, the same problems kept recurring with nearly every shipment. Each time we had to manually contact support to correct individual tracking entries, which defeats the purpose of paying for an automated tracking solution.

Eventually, we also received a Shopify notification that the app needed updates to support new Markets functionality. When we reached out about this, we received no response.

We gave Trackr multiple chances and clearly communicated how critical these issues were for our brand reputation, but after months of broken promises, we had to switch to a different solution.

The support team deserves credit for being responsive and professional, but they were ultimately unable to resolve the technical problems. For brands where accurate location data is essential particularly for local production, ethical fashion, or SLOW FASHION businesses I cannot recommend this app based on our recent experience.

Worked good now 500 server error everytime we want to open the app or customers want to track. Fix ASAP this is a serious issue

This is a great app for my store, my customers can easily write their order number to check their status which minimizes my customer support and is easily navigable.

Really good tracking app with great customer support. They customised the app so it functioned better with Shopify shipping notifications.

Fantastic customer service. The staff really went the extra mile to help me out with my issues. Even though the problem wasn't fully resolved (problem with shopify not Trackr) I felt as though they were trying their best to see if they could help.

This is way too expensive if you have a plenty of customers, I don't recommend. There's a lot of free tracking apps. Wish this developer consider about the pricing again.

We’d like to notice that free tracking offering apps at Shopify usually offer very limited number of trackings - 20 or 50 / per month. So it is not always convenient for more selling stores.
Trackr annual plan offers 0,017$ price / tracking. Also additional options inside Trackr app allows store owners not to register all of the trackings they have and use tracking service even cheaper. Other apps at Shopify offering quite similar pricing (e.g. 0,015$ - 0,019$ per order tracking) ask for a monthly payment - e.g. 99 $ or 119 $.
Trackr app prices are calculated to maintain quality tracking of more than 900 couriers, to cover constant app improvement and new feature implementation we are working on everyday.

This app is great, and the support team helped me customize the appearance on my store to look very on-brand. No need to select carriers like some other tracking apps, and the annual plan is a great value. The one thing this app doesn't do that I wish it did is provide an estimated delivery date, even if it was just based on the history of other packages Trackr has logged. My customers are always asking for an ETA, and this app doesn't currently provide that. Update Jan 17, 2022: The Trackr team has added an estimated arrival date section to the app, and I'm changing my review to 5 stars!

Great application!! Easy to use and customize. Dropshipping friendly app. You can always ask the support if there are tracking numbers that are not yet registered to the app. As with dropshipping stores, suppliers use different couriers. Kudos to the support team. Thank you for your immediate help always!

The app does what it promises - order tracking info is easily available to customers.
We had some problems with the initial setup but Marius offered an outstanding support to make sure the app runs smoothly on all our shops.
