Bad Experience. Installed twice, the first time they charged me after the trial period eventhought I unninstalled the app the first day of this period. And when I reinstalled the app my variants were all outdated and there was no way to refresh the sync without contacting support. If you need something to make your life easier, this is not it. Also, it doesn't track VAT collection which is useless for EU businesses.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, and we'd like to clarify a few points.

Regarding billing: Shopify manages all app subscription charges. Once a new billing cycle has started, uninstalling an app does not automatically cancel the charge for that billing period. As app subscription billing is managed by Shopify, we're unable to modify these charges.

That said, as soon as you contacted us on June 26, 2026, we immediately approved a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. As we weren't able to finalize the refund at that time, we later followed up and have now successfully processed it.

Regarding variant synchronization: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. After reinstalling the app, there may be a short delay while the app completes the initial synchronization of your store data. Should any syncing issues occur, our support team is always available to assist as quickly as possible.

Regarding VAT: Based on our email conversation, if you're referring to the VAT collected through Shopify, this information is automatically synced from your Shopify orders and excluded from the Net Profit calculation, as it isn't considered business revenue. If you're referring to a different VAT scenario, we'd be happy to investigate further.

We also reached out by email to better understand your VAT concern but weren't able to gather additional details.
