I personally think the app is overpriced for what it offers. The integration with Shopify is great but if you have a decent amount of expenses outside of Shopify you have to enter all of those manually. There is no integration with Quick Books or a way to bulk import expenses.
That said they do have great customer service and are very responsive and helpful. Vani and Gabriel specifically have been great.

Shiro was honestly amazing — super patient and explained everything step by step until my shipping setup finally worked perfectly. I’ve tried a lot of similar apps before but this one is by far the easiest and most accurate when it comes to calculating real product costs and profits.
