Until now, I have been waiting for a response regarding my issue with importing products to my Shopify store and the sold-out problem appearing on most items, even though they show as in stock. This situation forces you to subscribe to a paid plan, which still might not guarantee to solve the problem based on the description.
They replied several times, providing a guide that doesn't match my actual profile and actual problem because their platform operates in two different views base on what your currently subscribe to and it doesn't answer your problem and just go back in forth(I followed what they require me to send for them to help me, and when I did they just replied that an agent will handle wc hasn't reached out yet until now). Additionally, the limitations of dropshipping (the regular account) seem to be causing the problem which restricting access to products. All I need is someone to talk to so that I can start operating my store and sell. But since I'm just small business no one ven seems to bother.
