Initially I had a very frustrating experience because the search functionality became active unexpectedly after I thought I had disabled the app. I was also unable to get support immediately as the team was on holiday.

However, the team later reached out, investigated the issue, explained what happened, apologized, and were professional throughout the communication. While the initial experience wasn't great, I appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue.
