Smart Product Filter & Search

Helen & the team were very prompt and helpful in helping sort out any bugs or issues during App integration. Email thread got quite long and sometimes points were missed or not explained in much detail during the back and forth but overall happy with the service!

There are still more features we want to implement and Helen & the team seem very receptive to any questions.

I had an issue with the filters not appearing at all when I switched over to a new theme. I sent a request for support and got a reply back from Helen very quickly.

Helen requested access and was swiftly able to fix the issue. All of this on Christmas day! I'm very pleased with Helen's service and support. Big shoutout to Helen!

We had an issue with the app overriding some settings regarding how the product grid is displayed. Helen was able to help us get it fixed quickly and show us how to make the fix ourselves in future updates.

I have been using this application for several years now and I find it to be extremely helpful for managing products within larger collections. I am frequently testing and playing around with different themes on our store which causes alot of self inflicted problems and their customer support is always extremely quick and helpful at resolving my issues.

Helen was the last person I've worked with and was exceptionally great but I've had a pleasant experience with everyone else I've encountered in the past aswell.

I have been using this app for quite some time and have had very good service with it. Lately Helen made a change so that I could have two ways to show the results depending on the category. It is always easy to use no drama and a very good deal. Highly recommend.

Great app - solves so many problems. The split varients into products is amazing, and it has a great predictive search without much setup. Honestly - I am the kind of person that typically needs to dig into an app to make it do what I want, and that's not the case with this - been perfect right out of the box.

Helen was great for support - had a small issue with css and she fixed it quickly. Also didnt make me feel stupid when I asked a dumb question which is so appreciated.
