We have been using this app for a while and appreciate the additional features it offers our customers. There was some issues with the app but Helen & Clara helped us fix it! They were both very nice and professional. I appreciate their help. Luckily, this all happened late for our customers, and they were online to help via Chat.

The filter works really well for my purposes. Customers can use it to find exactly what they need. It sets my site apart from all my competitors. Support is good and it is easy to set up and use.

There are tons of benefits to this app and really just one con: there is no real documentation on how to implement, configure, and customize your filters. If you're a DIYer or a dev using the app, you will need to work with their support team. The upside is, their support team is great.

The filters work great, are easy to setup, and their team is always quick to respond and help with any issues in our configuration, implementation, and guidance on customization or any other particular questions.

The app does get extremely expensive depending on your catalog size, but our site could not work without it, and the competitors do not offer a comparable experience.

The app really impressed me in a positive way – it runs smoothly and offers great functionality. Of course, sometimes I get stuck or don’t know how to set something up, but that’s never a problem. All it takes is reaching out to support, and the reply comes faster than I’d expect. What’s more, the response is not only clear but also very helpful.
