problem working with prestige theme ? installing is realy bad and help no respones?
We are truly sorry that your experience with Searchanise hasn't been ideal so far!
After carefully examining your case, we can see that you faced an issue with the theme not updating right away, which affected our usual app activation process. We see why it was so frustrating, and we are sorry in happened in the first place!
As we see from the communication history, our support team gave the first response in 21 minutes. Further responses took longer since we required deeper investigation and assistance from our developers. Yet, as we see, we managed to get back to you in less than 10 hours (that was the longest wait). Of course, we always strive for improvement, and we totally understand how important faster replies are when such issues happen. We will take it as an opportunity to grow.
