Yotpo: Product Reviews App

This was a great app until recently. I encountered a bug and contacted support. The AI chat gave me a case number and assured me that a support agent would follow up within 4–6 hours. It's now been two days, and I've received absolutely no response or update on my issue.

It's really disappointing because I was genuinely happy with the app and was even considering upgrading my plan. Unfortunately, this experience with customer support has made me rethink that decision.
