Outstanding customer support!
I had a very difficult issue with an order that couldn't be placed through the API. The support team was incredibly patient, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. They carefully investigated the problem, identified the root cause, guided me through the required authorization steps, and finally managed to place the order successfully.
Special thanks to Holly for the excellent assistance and dedication. She stayed with me until the issue was completely resolved instead of giving generic answers.
