Wiio Dropshipping Fulfillment

Very very poor experience. I had an order placed by a customer on 18/06/2026, that is still unquoted to this date that I am writing this review.
I have contacted customer service, but I cannot get any further than that. All I get is we sent your email to the team or that you have to wait. But the team does not bother to answer. I even requested escalation, but nothing. I will soon be deleting the app from the store. I cannot believe this is happening after I put all this effort into this to make it work.
