Blown away by the exceptional customer service and integration of this app by the delightful Aleena, who was encouraging and patient and delivered as per what I wanted, an awesome gem to have! (:
Smrithi was also helpful and kind in providing follow-up responses but it would have been even better if he/she had offered right from the start to install or integrate on his/her initiative.
Will update my review again after I have used this app for some time, hopefully it will be able to bring back sales! (:
Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We're thrilled to hear that Aleena was able to provide the support you needed and help you achieve the setup you were looking for. Your kind words about her patience, encouragement, and dedication truly mean a lot to us.
We also appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the integration support. We'll certainly take this into consideration and work on being more proactive from the very beginning.
We hope the app helps bring great results and more sales to your store!
