Worst experience both with the app and the customer service.
After we installed the app and our 3PL had tried to set it up with the help of customer services, they cancelled dozens of our orders due to a mistake made by one of their staff. It’s insane that staff can simply cancel orders and make refunds – even for orders that were assigned to a different site (not managed by Shiphero). The dashboard is complete garbage too. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
