ShipHero has literally changed our business as a full-service 3PL (GrowthJet.com). The software is incredibly intuitive to use, the iPad app for picking has reduced our labor workload significantly, and there's even a surprisingly large amount of data/analytics you can get out of it. I can't recommend ShipHero enough to anyone looking for fulfillment software. Matt and Danielle at ShipHero have been incredibly responsive and helpful with troubleshooting. Thanks again!!
We've been using ShipHero for 2 weeks and the software has not disappointed. The software is robust so it's a bit intimidating at first. And if it wasn't for Danielle (our fantastic account Rep) I don't think we would be using ShipHero today. Danielle stuck with us and was super patient in answering every question we had, whenever she did not have the answer, she always followed up.
Our business needs are very peculiar and we were able to adapt the system to our process without issues. Now we are running a faster and more organized inventory management and fulfillment process.
Of course there are more features we would like to see (as with every software), in our case would love to see an Android App and the ability to translate the software to Spanish. However, that will hopefully be released in the future.

After over a year of searching and researching to find a robust, 2.0, inventory software management tool with 3PL features I had a friend recommend Shiphero. After a brief intro call I was intrigued, after the full demo I was blown away. Now, 1 month into our full integration and the software does what it says and more.
There is a level of thoughtfulness and organization that has gone into building Shiphero for the modern e-commerce business. From the sell ahead feature to the automation of shipping methods to every single field and feature. Shiphero allows us to create the rules that will help us continue to run an efficient warehouse without hindering our Sales and Marketing efforts.
Like any robust software there are nuances and tricks one must learn, but with patience and time even these nuances were well thought out and exist for a reason.
I also wanted to acknowledge the amazing support staff. Our account rep Matt has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us as we learn the system. The customer service is hands down the most impressive I have ever experienced.
I am very happy and I have already recommended Shiphero to several of my friends in e-commerce.

Amazing app, not the easiest to set up but if your tech-savvy and are willing to spend some time diving in this software is amazing. ONLY issue si have that really bugs me is the support is trash, emails only and takes 24 hours to get help when sometimes i need assistance on something immediately, figure you have customers paying 1k a month or more and they only have emails? Also the reps don't even read your questions properly but just answer what they assume your asking and this results in them answering something you didn't ask, thus more wasted support time for a solution.

ShipHero is great! It is our first WMS and a good fit for a growing e-commerce operation. We transitioned from a paper pick ticket process to barcodes and scanners and ShipHero pretty much does everything we need it to do. Onboarding was very helpful. Danielle stuck with us and answered all of our questions. Post-onboarding support has been great as well. They actually add features that we request! We needed a custom report through their API and their developers made it happen for us! Their ecosystem is a little jumbled between multiple apps and web-based platforms. It can be hard to know where to find certain settings and there are multiple exports/imports for different product details. Hopefully this will be streamlined in future updates.
Consistent weekly upgrades and bug fixes are great. The software seems to be getting better all the time.
The on-boarding process with ShipHero was made easy by Danielle. We are extremely fortunate to have had someone walk us through step by step, answering all of our questions during the on-boarding process. We are a quickly scaling business, so switching over to a new order fulfillment and inventory management system was bound to be a challenging task. Thankfully this process was made much easier with hands on help from Danielle and the rest of the ShipHero team. We are about a month into operating with ShipHero in place and it has been the best thing to happen to our operations process – without question. Thank you ShipHero and Danielle for always being so responsive and helpful!
Game Changer! We looked at over 10 WMS systems for months and went through tons of training, and nothing even came close to ShipHero. We wanted to make sure with a move like this is was worth it. After finally switching over to ShipHero we quickly realized we should have done it years early. It is even better than we expected.
It is extremely user-friendly. Everything about this system just makes sense. Hiring people and showing them how to start picking, packing, and shipping takes a matter of minutes instead of days. The visibility we get with this system is amazing. I can see who is the top picker, packer, who made changes. It really has made our company so much better all around.
The support is crazy good! A special shout out to Matt Dickman ( Senior Solutions Specialist) He made the switch over from our current system painless. Even took the time to text, email, and call after the set up was complete. He kept checking in on our side to make sure things were running the correct way for weeks.

Sadly we had the worst 6 months ever using this app, The support gave terrible advice, we had to figure out most things on our own, had constant problems and had to manage a huge mess while deleting them from our software to integrate a new system. It was pretty stressful.
This is extremely sad to hear. I personally (Nicholas) had reached out and chatted with Taylor on a couple of the setup issues which were related to billing setup (there was a bug we needed to resolve) along with some settings that were incorrectly configured. As a team that sees a reflection of our work through our customers, a 1-star review is hard to take as we typically get it right. We're sorry we were not the solution for you.
ShipHero solved a huge fulfillment problem we were having and has allowed us to efficiently track product lot codes by shipment. Matt was extremely helpful during onboarding and open to unorthodox solutions/ideas to solve the problem we encountered with other software. We previously tried 4-5 other cloud inventory management/fulfillment "solutions" that did not solve anything for us - including ShipStation and Trade Gecko. ShipHero is our inventory and shipping hero :)
