UPDATE 2nd September 2025: We're leaving our current 3PL because of this garbage app - it continues to sync our non USA orders causing a lot of inventory and reporting issues.

Our 3PL uses ShipHero. Imagine waking up and finding orders cancelled and refunded in Shopify after a member of staff at our 3PL cancelled those orders in ShipHero.

How on earth can ShipHero and an unknown member of staff at our 3PL using it have the authority to refund our Shopify orders? We obviously lost $$$$ in addition to getting customer complaints.

Obviously we'd never authorisation for that.

And the 2nd major issue is that we have multiple warehouse locations, but ShipHero will not sync only the orders at the location we want. It will sync ALL orders at ALL locations even though our 3PL doesn't process orders at those locations. Which brings up all kinds of data protection issues in addition to a messy ShipHero dashboard. How come you can't provide such a basic feature. If we just want our Timbuktu orders syncing, then that's what should happen.

Finally, adjusting an order at a location will amend the inventory at all locations.A highly annoying issue.

If ShipHero can't fix these core issues we'll actually leave our 3PL for another one - it's that bad.

4 weeks since our 3PL reported these issues to them - still no response.

Had a wonderful experience so far with ShipHero. They set up everything super quick and got me to being able to have my inventory tracked and my shipments out! Customer service was top notch! Kyle has been super helpful and responsive. He is very knowledgeable and has been super easy to work with. The system itself very user friendly. I love that I can set up kits within ShipHero without needing to have an extra app in Shopify. I love that I can tell exactly where my inventory goes and it tracks every change! I do wish ( or maybe I haven’t found it) there was an option to see how much inventory was used in the last 30 days. I also love how easy it is to pick and pack orders. Definitely the best system I’ve used so far for warehouse management

ShipHero is the best software for running an ecommerce business where you ship product. The software has a ton of flexibility. Make sure you take advantage of the onboarding calls and get help with your setup. You need to map your warehouse locations to your Shopify Locations or you'll end up with confusing stock situations. Once you get the setup done, ShipHero is killer.

We got our error rate down to 0.01% and we're faster than ever before on shipping. Receiving is lot easier to track. Returns are awesome.

The automation rules are very powerful, you can automate how you want orders handled based on dozes of criteria.

10/10 would recommend.

It has been quite challenging to establish contact with Shiphero to begin using their services. The pricing structure seems unclear, and the tone of the sales call comes across as somewhat condescending. Additionally, communication has proven to be difficult. While the product itself may hold great potential, the initial experience in terms of trust and support has been disappointing.

I love Ship Hero. Running the warehouse and managing inventory is soooo much easier with it. They get e-commerce and what we need.
