Canteen ‑ Deposits and Fees

We initially had some issues with the app, as some orders were not correctly applying the DRS fee required in Ireland. However, the support team, especially Rudy, were absolutely amazing throughout the process.

They took the time to properly investigate the issue and went above and beyond by changing how the app operates to resolve the connectivity issues with Shopify.

The app is now working perfectly and consistently, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The level of support, commitment and willingness to find a proper solution has been excellent.
