The Hertwill app provides a solid foundation for my store. The team is very willing to help, the product assortment is good, and the provided materials are clear.
However, there are a few notable drawbacks. Email communication and response times are on the slower side, and unfortunately, not all goods can be delivered door-to-door. Another missing feature is order consolidation – it is currently not possible to ship items from different brands together in a single package.
Additionally, the overview of issued documents is quite weak. Specifically, I am missing shipping invoices when returning goods back to Hertwill, as well as credit notes for the original invoices for the purchased items.
Overall, it is a decent app with a helpful team, but the administrative side, shipping flexibility, and communication speed definitely need some work.
