Just got set-up finished and so far I love this app. There are many customizable options which can be a bit daunting, but their chat team is so helpful and kind. Alan helped me when one of the set-up items didn't seem to be communicating with my website theme and he even noticed some design elements on the backend that could be improved and offered to take care of those for me. It was so nice!
