The AI support chat bot is absolutely amazing. You almost don't even need to code or configure anything in the app. The chat bot does it for you. As an example, I had a very complex set of logic needed to display 36 different products based on the answers to multiple, multiple choice questions and the chat bot did it perfectly... in about 60 seconds. This would have taken me hours and hours to code manually. I simply created a master mapping matrix and the chat bot did the rest. Truly amazing.
Thank you for your review! The mapping matrix is exactly the right way to use it: you hold the merchandising logic, Copilot handles the wiring. 36 products across multiple choice paths is the kind of setup that used to be a spreadsheet and an afternoon, and it should not be.
