What a great service! Shopify's native emails were ugly and plain, and I just didn't have the time, knowledge, or money to make them stand out. With Spently, I was able to change all of the email notifications in an hour or so. Now, they are beautiful and match the branding and voice of our store. It's only been a day, and two regular customers responded back to automated emails and mentioned the pretty new layout. Thank you so much!
