It's a decent app, if you have 3rd party apps with your checkout it can be tricky. We had a lot of clients give up because it wouldn't work, the checkout page would always change back to the regular pricing. constant issues with that, and lost clients because of that. They will help you get it right, but it can hurt you too if it doesn't work smoothly for your clients.
Thank you for the honest feedback. Third-party checkout apps were the sticking point, and rather than keep working around them one by one, we've changed the approach: wholesale customers now go through our own cart page, so those apps can't affect your pricing. Retail checkout stays as it is.
