We run a chilled meat delivery business, so getting delivery dates right matters more for us than most. Pickeasy handles the date and time slot selection, and it captures delivery instructions against every order, which has saved us going back and forth with customers after they've ordered.

We hit a problem where the rates we'd set up in the app weren't appearing at checkout. Manaz from support came back quickly and worked out the cause straight away: the Carrier Calculated Shipping API wasn't enabled on our Shopify plan, so Shopify was never fetching the app's rates.
