Fantastic app and outstanding support...

We installed Timesact primarily for its Backorder functionality, which is exactly what we were looking for. It allows us to continue selling products when they are temporarily out of stock, while making it really clear to the customer throughout the purchasing journey that the item is on backorder.

We had a small issue when first installing the app, so contacted the support team. Robert, Tudor, Ken and Marie were incredibly helpful and had everything sorted and working correctly in no time at all.

Support was very easy to contact, communication was excellent, and the speed at which they resolved the problem was genuinely impressive.

The app is now working exactly as we wanted and the Backorder feature in particular is going to be extremely useful for our business.
