BLOY Loyalty Points & Rewards

There are a lot of great features with this app. Some areas of the loyalty program are super easy to setup and others are not as intuitive. For example, they have a setting to allow "stacking" of points to exchange intervals of points for the reward in a single transaction, but there is no way to cap it.

I'm subtracting 1 star because every time I requested help, they asked me to leave a review even though I had expressed that we hadn't had time to assess how well the app worked for us.

Additionally, I either misunderstood or was mislead about the founders "free forever" plan. I completely understand not being able to use all of the new features, I did not expect to be capped by number of orders that would force an upgrade.
