Beware they will charge you even though you don’t use their services

We’d like to clarify the timeline regarding your account. The $9 usage charge was generated on Aug 17 after your store exceeded the free tier order threshold, at which point the app was actively installed. Because the charge was initiated before the app was uninstalled on Aug 23, Shopify's billing system processed the standard invoice for that cycle on Aug 31.

We have also emailed you in detail regarding this, and we hope we can resolve this misunderstanding.
