I must admit, adding and configuring apps to help my store is a bit intimidating to this 50+ business owner. I was relieved when on the app the chat button opened not only with a human but the OWNER and DEVELOPER of this app. He asked me where I wanted the button set up and made it happen.
I wish all programs were this easy!
