Switching to Redo from Loop has allowed us to have more tools at hand to make a more customizable experience for our Return process offering more incentive for customers to exchange rather than return an item. The Redo Team has been very capable to assist on backend issues that we had that is normally not part of their department, but have took the initiative to resolve the issue.
