Using this app has been pretty easy. I feel like sometimes it is hard to navigate or there are features missing, but the help team is always there and has been great in fixing bugs or adding features when needed. I spoke with Nilou a few times last week with some questions, and she was AMAZING. She was so helpful, and when I need to do something in the app that wasn't possible, the team literally worked to add the feature in real time. I was super impressed!

Hi Sarah, thanks for being straight with us. The navigation point is fair. Parts of Subi still take more hunting than they should, and making that simpler is on us. I'm glad Nilou could help last week, and glad the change you needed actually shipped rather than sitting on a list. Two years in, thank you for still telling us what needs work.
