Pathway supported us for several years with the Shopify/DATEV bridge.
We recently switched to a different solution, based on guidance from our tax advisors regarding our broader operations outside the DACH region, as well as recurring discrepancies we experienced between expected revenue in DATEV and the values derived from Shopify data.
We want to highlight that the support from our account manager, Marcel, was excellent. He went above and beyond to help us, even though the issue ultimately exceeded the scope of what Pathway's tool could resolve. We're very grateful for his approach throughout the entire process.
