The app seems to work well and does what we need it to. It is a bit confusing how they try to push you into a higher plan and then you aren't sure if you've got all your bases covered or not. (I took off a star for that reason.) The help is usually prompt and thorough however -- they do customer service well and if you get Joseph or John helping you, you're in great hands! (Both have helped me enormously -- very nice and so very helpful!!)

We also want to address your concern directly, because it's important to us. Our free and lower tier plans are fully capable of keeping your store compliant. The paid plans simply add automations and time-saving convenience (like scheduled scans, auto-sorting of cookies, storages and pixels, and hands-off compliance management) for merchants who want them - they're never a requirement to "cover your bases."
