BUCKS Currency Converter PRO++

Summary: BUCKS does not directly add code, as we do not have permission to edit or alter store’s theme content.

Hi there,

We’re truly sorry for the concern this may have caused. We completely understand how worrying it can be to notice something unexpected in your theme, especially when you’re unsure where it came from.

To clarify, BUCKS does not directly add code to themes, as we does not have permission to edit or alter theme content. Since we haven’t had the opportunity to review your store or the code you’re referring to, we don’t want to make assumptions about its source.

We also noticed that you haven’t reached out to our support team about this. Please feel free to contact us at support@helixo.co. We’d be more than happy to look into it with you, check your setup, and help identify where the code came from and whether it is related to BUCKS.

We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’d really value the opportunity to investigate it properly and help resolve your concern.

Kind regards,

Athira
