We usually sell digital goods, so no need for pre-orders. However, we are releasing a charity single which has a physical CD available and to receive pre-orders seemed like a great idea so we could see if it was going to be financially viable for us to do so. Not being over technically savvy, I was helped with any queries I had by Princess on the chat line and she made the whole process very uncomplicated to install and adjust any features we required, so thank you for your help with this :) We're only on the free plan, but will definitely be considering one of the featured plans as things evolve.
