Wanted to show inter-store transfer availability when the nearest store is out of stock. Support configured the transfer suggestion feature — customers see 'Out of stock here — available at Downtown, transfer available in 2 days'. It triggers a notification to our logistics team. Customers love having the option rather than just a dead end.
