We paid $275 for a one-year subscription to this app in April 2026. The app never worked — not once. Our Walmart seller account was never successfully connected despite months of attempts by me and my former employee. Every contact with support ended the same way: "give it a day, it will work." It never did.
We requested cancellation multiple times and were strung along through ticket after ticket, in July and again in October 2026. When the subscription was finally cancelled in October, the company refused even a pro-rated refund for the unused half of the term — for a service that never functioned at all — citing "company policy."
A company that charges $275 for an integration that never connects, ignores repeated cancellation requests, and then keeps your money for the unused term has told you exactly how it does business. We are disputing the charge with our bank.
Merchants, save your money. Shopify's own free Marketplace Connect does this job without the $275 lesson.
