We switched over to qoblex earlier this year from a custom built legacy system. I had my concerns but the team at qoblex have been so great with helping us get set up and get comfortable with using the app. With all systems there are some hiccups but they are dealt with quickly and escalated if needed. The new ai integration is amazing, well ahead and advanced in comparison to other apps we are using. Highly recommend!

Hiccups are part of any switch, and we’d rather fix them fast and escalate when needed than pretend they don’t happen, so I’m glad that’s been your experience.
