Cannot recommend them. I have had multiple issues with them that have resulted in losses to us, including late UK VAT filings that led to penalties and incorrect information provided in terms of tax setup resulting in us displaying incorrect (lower) prices in non-taxable regions.

Every time we have had an issue, they're difficult to deal with and defensive. I have cancelled our OSS plan and kept UK VAT because to be honest, there aren't many better solutions out there for small businesses, so it feels like we have no option.

Prices have also increased astronomically in the last two years.
