**Excellent Customer Service and Support!**

I'm currently setting up a membership program for my small business, Blue Butterfly Boutique, and my experience with Appstle has been wonderful!

As someone new to offering memberships, I had quite a few questions about subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and customer access. Stefán has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process!

He was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He didn't just answer my questions — he helped me understand how the system works, walked me through troubleshooting, and even offered to help customize my membership emails to match my business branding.

What I appreciate most is that he made me feel like my small business mattered. I never felt rushed or like my questions were a bother.

We're still putting the finishing touches on our membership program, but Stefán has made the experience so much easier and given me confidence moving forward.
