Have used both this app's Gift Offer and Mix & Match options.
The set-up for both was fairly seamless. Lots of customisable options for how the offer will look on the live site, and it's easy to understand/integrate with our Shopify fulfilment processes in the backend.
Where there were problems with implementing widgets on our custom liquid theme, the on-call support person Anne was super quick to respond and fix the issues via Live Chat. Thanks guys!
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that BOGOS has been easy to configure and works well with your store's workflow. It's also wonderful to know that Anne could help resolve the theme compatibility issues and get everything running smoothly. We truly appreciate your trust and are always here whenever you need assistance!
