Great app with excellent customer support. I use LitCommerce to connect my Shopify store with eBay and Etsy, and orders and tracking sync smoothly. On my first eBay order, the tracking number appeared on eBay within about a minute after I created the label in my shipping app.
I had a specific issue: Shopify's shipping confirmation emails were being sent to eBay buyers' alias addresses, which could conflict with eBay's policies. The support team, especially Lily, responded politely and promptly, understood my situation right away, and set up a custom configuration that solved the problem perfectly. They also answered all of my detailed follow-up questions clearly and carefully.
Highly recommended for anyone selling on multiple channels with Shopify as their main store.
