Blockify Fraud Filter, Blocker

Excellent app and outstanding customer support!

We've been using Blockify to protect our Shopify store after experiencing significant issues with spam bots and fake orders, and it's been a valuable tool for our business.

Today, I contacted support with questions about VPN/proxy blocking and whether it could affect legitimate international customers.

Vincent was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to review our actual analytics, explain the risk scores clearly, and provide thoughtful recommendations tailored to our situation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

It's reassuring to know we have such responsive support behind the app. Thank you, Vincent, for your excellent assistance today!
