I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to use ST Product Collection Sort to automate product ranking across our Shopify collections.
The app is very user-friendly, both for daily management and for setting up customized sorting strategies. It offers great flexibility, with multiple options to define ranking rules and automatically push down products based on criteria such as low stock, previous seasons, or specific categories.
The drag-and-drop functionality makes pinning products incredibly easy, while the automatic unpinning of sold-out items is a particularly valuable feature.
What truly stands out, however, is the excellent customer support. The team is highly responsive, understands our e-commerce needs, and provides personalized assistance. Having real people who genuinely act as partners in optimizing our store, rather than relying solely on AI chat, makes a huge difference.
