AfterShip Order Tracking

We are at the early stages of building an international business and from having built up other companies from an early stage we know how important building long-term customers is and providing unbelievable customer service is massive part of this. AfterShip is a big part of our customer journey.

It allows us to keep our customers updated with the latest info on their delivery once it leaves our warehouse. It also integrates with our review software which means we send out appropriately timed emails to all our customers no matter what the shipping company or times are and it also alerts them and us with any difficulties with the delivery.

An added benefit is setting up automated emails in our email software based on information from AfterShip.

I've previously used AfterShip with Magento but the Shopify integration works just as good if not even better!
