Well all I can is that Josh Saved the day! I noticed that some of my customers did not show ship delivery and Josh saved the day. He made worry go away by listening as well as understanding and getting involved. He should be a personal concierge for SHIPPING EASY! I LOVE HIM AND HE RESPECTS FOOTNANNY! Gloria Williams
