Did the trial for 30 days, which I used to learn the product a couple of weeks before black friday. It was an easy learning curve and the best is the live chat I have with the company , which is huge to fix problems fast. Its been a joy now months later to help set up sales on products, BOGO, and upsells. I do have some of there other products now too which makes everything smooth.
The day of black friday ran smooth except one hiccup which was my fault and they fixed it in 5 mins so I didn't not lose time or money.
