I'm using this app to increase reviews on my store with emails. I like how you can customize the emails and schedule when they go out. I also like that you can reply to reviews. It's great that they have a free plan available for stores starting out.
Also, their support was quick to respond when I needed to tweak the code for my theme.
I'm looking forward to the time when I can upgrade my plan.
UPDATE: I did upgrade my plan and love that customers can upload their own images of the product they purchased. I now have a Shopify 2.0 theme and needed help again with the code. Support fixed the code and made a video showing me how they did it.
